The RIEJU MRT250 takes another Cross County Podium.
Daf Jones the young Welsh rider from Corwen, In North Wales has recently been given a directive to get fit and show what he can do.Last Sunday at the WOR Events XC Premiership near Llangollen in North Wales the CF Racing based youngster took a very well deserved Overall Expert Victory on the new 2010 RIEJU MRT250 PRO.
Daf has been training on this superb European/Japanese off road collaboration and with some extra fitness work he took a convincing win at one of the best and most natural XC circuits in the UK.
Leading the Expert class from start to finish and also finishing a very creditable 3rd overall in the Pro class was Daf’s best event result yet and one that in no small way was down to the performance of the awesome little RIEJU Marathon Pro.
Daf quoted: “I’ve really gelled with the RIEJU 250 over the last few weeks and I’m determined to prove Steve at WOR right about not only my ability but also the RIEJU….it just handles and grips fantastic with plenty of useable and grunty power form that brilliant Yamaha Engine. I really could not ask for more in a bike, with my small size and little legs this bike is just awesome.”
Daf will compete in the TOUGH ONE XTREME on the RIEJU and is really looking forward to putting in another good performance in the Expert class.
